DMZ Trip

DMZ..
What's that?
I don't even know what is that actually.
Everyone looks exciting for this trip. For me, I don't.

DMZ..
It is actually Korean Demilitarized Zone, a buffer zone between North Korea and South Korea.

In order to visit there,
we have to bring our passport along with us.
Many of the military soldiers duty over there.
They checked over our identity and also prevent us from randomly taking photos.
Certain places are not allowed to take photo.

After this trip, 

I can see how many efforts that South Korea used in maintaining peace with North Korea.

I really hope Dorasan Station will again reconnect North Korea and South Korea soon. 

So far, Dorasan Station just served for the train from Seoul to DMZ only (around 4 trips per day).

After visiting Dorasan Station, 

We actually tried to see North Korea from the Dora Observatory.

Anyway, the weather was not good. A lot of fog that covered the view.

After that, 

We also went to third tunnel.

This third tunnel is apparently designed for a surprise attack on Seoul from North Korea.

It's hard for people who are tall to walk in the tunnel. (My height can be considered tall for this tunnel)

It's so sweaty and tiring after walking in the tunnel. 

Before return to DJU,

We took some epic photos with the DMZ signboard.

There are boy version and girl version.

In my opinion,
Peace can never be achieved without both side's efforts.
However, it definitely may be achieved if one of the side show their sincerity at first.
Keep it up, South Korea. Good Job.
